Alisha Nicholson-Ting
Event Planner
Alisha is a highly experienced Event Planner and founder of Vision Accomplished Creative Planning. Her creativity and skill have been a major supporting feature in making Trap Baby & Me-hosted events, such as Family Fetes and the Orlando Kite Festival, imaginative and vibrant spaces for little ones and their families. Alisha has gone above and beyond, taking on the role of mentor to the Trap Baby & Me interns, alongside that of creative visionary, and mother to 7-year-old Alex.
La'Kennya Huggins
Event Management Intern
Having already graduated with a B.A. in Communication and Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University before the age of 20, La'Kennya is an exceptional student and has chosen to continue her education in Event Management at the University of Central Florida. La'Kennya's brilliance transcends beyond academics into her ever-growing skill set of copywriting, event planning, data tracking, and more. In her free time, La'Kennya enjoys music and musical theater.
Alexa Taylor
Social Media Management and Design Intern
Alexa is in her final year of study at the University of Central Florida, majoring in Visual Communications with a minor in Mass Media. She has practiced photography for over 10 years and has expanded her creative ambitions to include graphic and web design, designing custom logos, banners, children's coloring sheets, and social media content. Beyond her technical skills, Alexa has studied American Sign Language and Deaf culture for over 2 years, and spent a semester volunteering with Orlando's Center for Independent Living. To no surprise, she has an affinity for art and film, and has a personal goal of one day visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks.
