Thank you for your interest in participating in the Orlando Kite Festival!

This exciting event will occur on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at OCPS Academic Center for Excellence (701 W. Livingston St., Orlando, Florida 32805). The rain date is scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2026, and all vendors are expected to be available to participate should the event be rescheduled.

We anticipate approximately 1,500 attendees, primarily families with young children.

The deadline for applications is March 28th, 2026.

To ensure a diverse mix of businesses, a limited number of vendors per category will be accepted. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Approved vendors must submit payment within one week of receiving their acceptance email to secure their spot. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiting the space.

All approved vendors must carry liability insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). More details will be shared upon approval.

Vendors are required to bring their own tent with weights (excludes food trucks). Tables and chairs are available to rent for an additional fee.

Baked Goods & Dessert Vendors- $80 (e.g., cupcakes, cotton candy, popcorn)

Retail- $80 (e.g., clothing, jewelry, books)

Service or Resource- $80 (e.g., insurance, health and wellness)

Interactive Activity- $80 (e.g., face painting, balloon art)

Nonprofit- $55 (Registered 501(c)(3) organizations)

Kid Entrepreneur- $45 (Youth vendors (ages 6–17) selling crafts, snacks, or small products with parent/guardian supervision.)
