Kite Flying Zone
Service Description
Responsible for ensuring the safety and accessibility of the kite flying zone. Tasks would include preventing attendees from lounging in this area and offering assistance to those having difficulty flying their kites. Requires extensive movement and mobility.
Cancellation Policy
Policy: All volunteers must register for at least two shifts. If you need to cancel or change your volunteer time or position, you may do so up to three days (72 hours) before the start time. After 72 hours, you will be expected to fulfill any shift committed to via the booking form. Agreement: As a volunteer for this event, I acknowledge that I am committing to being present, engaged, and fulfilling my assigned role(s). I understand that my participation is essential to the success of the event, and I will make every effort to honor my commitment. If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent my attendance, I will notify the event organizer as soon as possible. I recognize that last-minute cancellations without valid reasons may impact the event and the team relying on my support.
